Tony Harwood is a talented man. He claims to be a modeller first, painter second. Accordingly, much of his work is scratchbuilt and as you can see from the images he displays imagination and skill, focusing on Victorian Science Fiction and Flintloque. He has produced two series of models; the Victorian airships and the quirky but adorable Dwarf Steam Tanks.
